Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing, IT to execute IT sub-category sourcing, renewals, SOWs and mid-size cloud agreements. You will manage contract lifecycle, data integrity and policy compliance across Carnival brands, working with Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, AI governance and tax teams.

The role requires 5–7 years’ experience in sourcing, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and Power BI, and a hybrid on-site presence at the Miami campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• CPM certification or equivalent desirable (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, ITIL, SAM).
• Experience in sourcing/purchasing in complex or multi-entity environments.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills; ability to build bid comparisons and total-cost models.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI familiarity for spend analytics.

Responsabilités

• Execute IT sub-category sourcing events and contribute to category strategy.
• Negotiate renewals, SOWs, and mid-size SaaS/subscription agreements.
• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle and policy compliance.
• Maintain spend visibility, savings logs, and renewal trackers.
• Support supplier performance management and risk reviews.
• Apply AI/automation tools to sourcing operations.
