Job summary

The Capital Group is seeking a Global Travel Operations Specialist to oversee the operational delivery and continuous improvement of its global travel program. You will act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, manage travel systems, vendor performance, and program execution while leveraging data, automation and AI to drive efficiency and traveler satisfaction.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in corporate travel management.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all levels.
Knowledge of travel operations, policies, and supplier engagement and negotiations.
Skilled in Concur Travel and other booking platforms; familiarity with AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

Execute and drive delivery of the corporate travel program, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external travel partners.
Own and optimize travel booking tools and platforms, ensuring configuration, policy alignment, and good user experience.
Manage vendor performance and relationships, monitor SLAs, and work with suppliers to drive improvement.
Resolve complex travel-related issues with independent judgment and discretion.
Identify and implement process improvements, including AI and automation, to enhance efficiency and traveler experience.
Produce dashboards and reporting to monitor performance, compliance, and sustainability.
