Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Global Travel Operations Specialist to oversee the corporate travel program, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver efficient, compliant travel operations.

You will optimize travel systems, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools to enhance traveler experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate travel management.
• Experience with global travel programs and travel suppliers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Proficiency with Concur Travel and booking platforms.
• Knowledge of travel regulations, risk management and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver the corporate travel program, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external travel partners (e.g., Travel Management Company, airlines, hotels).
• Own and optimize travel booking tools and platforms, ensuring policy alignment and good user experience.
• Manage vendor performance, monitor service levels and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI and automation to enhance efficiency and traveler experience.
• Produce dashboards and reporting to monitor performance, compliance, and sustainability, supporting informed decisions.
• Support travel risk management and duty-of-care efforts, including traveler tracking and disruption response.
