Qualificações

• 5+ years of corporate travel and expense management experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur Travel and Expense.
• Knowledge of travel policy, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Prior people management experience preferred.
• Experience handling confidential traveler data and sensitive requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and govern the corporate travel program ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
• Administer SAP Concur platform including policies, approvals, and data governance.
• Design and enforce travel and expense policies to optimize costs.
• Lead international Concur expansion and align with global policies.
• Manage travel vendors and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Develop trainings and communications to drive policy adherence and user adoption.
• Mentor and develop the travel team and scale operations as needed.
