Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Manager, Global Travel & Expense Systems to support SAP Concur deployment across its global footprint. The role emphasizes implementing, integrating, and continuously improving travel and expense processes with strong controls, working across Finance, Procurement, IT, HR, and external partners.

Located in Alpharetta, GA, this position requires SAP Concur expertise, financial process knowledge, and solid project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering or supporting SAP Concur (Travel and Expense), preferably globally.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, JDE, SAP, Microsoft Business Central, and IFS is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Tableau, BI tools) for T&E spend and policy leakage.

Responsibilities

• SAP Concur Support, Configuration & Deployment: define requirements and deployment strategies.
• Configure and optimize Concur Expense and Travel to meet requirements and standards.
• Support global rollout planning, issue tracking, and user adoption efforts.
• Lead testing activities including unit, integration, UAT, and post-deployment validation.
