Atrium in Alpharetta, GA seeks an experienced Global Travel & Expense Manager to lead SAP Concur implementation and optimization across international sites. You will partner with Finance, IT, HR, and external partners to standardize T&E processes and strengthen internal controls.

You will manage system configurations, testing, data integrations with SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems, develop dashboards, and drive cost control through policy enforcement and analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years administering, implementing, or supporting SAP Concur Travel & Expense.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur experience.
• Experience with multi-country/global deployments and cross-entity environments.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global SAP Concur implementation, deployment, and optimization across entities and locations.
• Define requirements, configurations, and deployment strategies with stakeholders and consultants.
• Configure and enhance SAP Concur to support policies, compliance, and reporting.
• Lead testing activities: integration testing, UAT, post-implementation validation.
• Manage integrations with SAP Concur, SAP S/4HANA, HRIS, BlackLine, and other systems.
• Standardize global T&E processes while addressing local requirements.
• Ensure SOX compliance and robust internal controls in T&E.
• Reconcile complex data feeds and support month-end close activities.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor travel spend and policy adherence.
• Provide user training and change management to ensure successful adoption.
