Job summary

Ariat International is seeking a Manager - Travel, Expense & Fleet to lead global T&E, fleet, and expense management programs. You will manage two specialists, drive end-to-end category strategy, supplier governance, and technology optimization including SAP Concur and TMC partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Travel & Expense, corporate card, fleet, or similar programs, with 2+ years in people management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur and global Travel Management Companies.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or finance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel, contract negotiation, and vendor governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day Travel & Expense operations, including employee reimbursements and corporate card administration.
• Providing training and guidance to employees on T&E policies and systems.
• Partnering with the fleet provider to ensure timely vehicle delivery and effective fleet management.
• Developing and executing a strategy for Travel, Fleet, Expense Management, and Corporate Card programs with growth and cost-reduction goals.
• Leading sourcing events (RFXs), supplier selections, and contract negotiations across airlines, hotels, ground transport, FMCs, and travel tech platforms.
• Benchmarking rates, SLAs, and policy limits to ensure competitive positioning.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and controls.
• Conducting periodic audits to strengthen internal controls.
• Developing program metrics and employee feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coaching and developing two specialists while supporting day-to-day operations.
