Job summary

Ariat International is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Transportation Inbound & Outbound, to oversee day-to-day execution and ensure cost-efficient movement of goods across factories, DCs, and customer networks. The role spans inbound, outbound, domestic, international, and cross-border flows with a focus on service, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

You will lead and partner with Logistics, DC Operations, carriers, and stakeholders to strengthen processes, enhance transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in transportation or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound transportation across multiple networks.
• Lead cost and service improvement initiatives through routing, mode optimization, and carrier collaboration.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to monitor performance and enable data-driven decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate transportation risks across all regions.
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize service levels and cost.
