Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a global Travel & Expense Card Program Manager to lead a multi-region card program and partner with banking, procurement, and executive leadership to scale operations.

You will own end-to-end reconciliation, drive process improvements, develop leadership dashboards, and mentor a small team within the Finance Shared Services group. This role requires strong analytics and a can-do mindset to balance day-to-day duties with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing a mid- to large-scale global Travel & Expense (T&E) card program.
• Experience with manual account reconciliations and month-end close support.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, macros) for analytics.
• Experience mentoring teams and influencing stakeholders across org levels.
• Experience with corporate card compliance and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage a global corporate card program across regions and banking platforms.
• Partner with banking, procurement, and executive leadership to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
• Monitor banking platforms daily to ensure uptime and timely payments.
• Oversee end-to-end month-end Global card reconciliation with audit-ready documentation.
• Develop dashboards providing leadership visibility into compliance, spend trends, and KPIs.
• Perform data analysis to identify risks and cost-saving opportunities for policy and process improvements.
• Coach and mentor a small, high-performing team within Finance Shared Services.
• Serve as internal voice for T&E policies and training resources.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and IT to integrate systems and streamline expense workflows.
• Manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Lead meetings with banking partners and executives.
