Job summary

Red Wing Shoe Company seeks a Transportation and Trade Compliance Manager to oversee domestic and international transportation operations and trade compliance for finished goods and raw materials. Responsibilities include managing Parcel, LTL, Truckload, Ocean, and Air transport, as well as FTZ, USMCA/CAFTA-DR programs, and carrier relationships.

The role supports a hybrid work model with office presence in Red Wing, MN on select days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; five to seven years related experience/training.
• Five years’ experience in international business preferred.
• Must have at least three years of experience working with government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations for operations across multiple regions.
• Manage domestic and international transportation operations incl. Parcel, LTL, Truckload, Ocean, and Air.
• Lead trade compliance, FTZ operations, and carrier management programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and reduce costs.
• Develop data-driven analyses to improve logistics performance and customer satisfaction.
