Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of California employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for Production-focused client groups.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
• Manage investigations and ensure fair, compliant resolutions.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition for a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HR data integrity.
