• Provide technical training and ensure staff are trained to procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA and manufacturing procedures.
• Collaborate with QA, Machining Eng, and QA to monitor quality.
• Assist in root cause analysis and new product introduction processes.
• Adhere to EHS rules and prevent injuries.
