Heifer Project International seeks an Executive Transformation and Strategy Officer to lead the next phase of its global transformation. The role partners with the CEO, Board, and distributed teams to ensure coherence, learning, and adaptive change across a regenerative network organization.

The Transformation Steward oversees architecture, governance, and cultural transformation while enabling distributed activation and executive decision-making with key stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field.
• 15+ years of strategic leadership experience.
• Experience leading major transformation across distributed, international organizations.

Responsabilités

• Steward transformation architecture and coherence across the organization.
• Enable regenerative network organization (RNO) operationalization.
• Enable transformation governance and shared stewardship with executive teams.
• Cultivate distributed transformation capability across countries and functions.
• Steward human and cultural transformation in tandem with organizational changes.
• Integrate learning, sensing and adaptation into transformation efforts.
• Build a long-term transformation ecosystem aligned with local and global needs.
