Heifer International seeks a Director, Transformation Integration and Adaptation to lead whole-system transformation across a globally distributed network. The role reports to the Transformation Steward and focuses on integration, coherence, and activation of transformation efforts with country teams and partners.

You will shape the architecture of transformation, surface contradictions, and ensure learning informs actions while coordinating distributed capabilities across a regenerative network

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in organizational transformation and strategy execution is essential.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect disparate initiatives across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the whole-system view across country teams, catalysts and partners.
• Coordinate transformation activities to avoid fragmentation and ensure coherence.
• Identify interdependencies, sequencing, risks and capacity needs; provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to enable activation of transformation across the network.
