Job summary

Greene, Tweed seeks a seasoned transformation program leader to drive multi-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, govern KPIs, and collaborate with executives, engineering, operations, and IT to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management or transformation delivery.
• Experience with improvements to digital platforms is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation programs across functions with KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Translate strategy into program delivery roadmaps and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Apply change management to maximize adoption and embed sustainable change globally.
• Act as a bridge between executive leadership, teams, and transformation office; ensure clear communication.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and recommend corrective actions for success.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs and program health to leadership with regular updates.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification

Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management, transformation delivery, or related roles
