Greene Tweed, a global polymer technology leader, seeks a seasoned Transformation Program Manager to lead large-scale change across functions. You will plan, execute and deliver programs that align with business goals and drive sustained performance.

In this role you will translate strategy into roadmaps, manage budgets and KPIs, partner with executives, and ensure adoption through structured change management. Travel and global collaboration may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of program/project management or transformation delivery experience, global manufacturing preferred.
• Experience improving digital platforms is required.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of transformation programs across multiple functions.
• Translate transformation strategy into program delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure initiatives meet objectives, timelines, and budgets with KPIs.
• Apply structured change management to maximize adoption across global teams.
• Bridge between executives, functional teams, and transformation leadership.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and program health to leadership.
