Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of transformation programs with KPIs.
Translate strategy into program roadmaps and manage cross-functional delivery.
Apply change management to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
Bridge executives, functions, and the transformation office with clear communication.
Monitor risks and escalate issues to ensure successful delivery.
Define and report KPIs and program health to leadership.
Promote best practices in program governance and delivery.
