Qualifications

• 3+ years of management consulting experience preferred.
• Experience in health system/provider settings is preferred.
• Strong problem solving, financial modeling, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex problems into workstreams and analytical plans.
• Lead end-to-end management of Transformational Partnerships.
• Oversee financial baselines and impact modeling with finance analysts.
• Build consensus and manage stakeholders across client and MGB teams.
• Drive onboarding of operational leaders and ensure TP delivery.
