Responsibilities

• Structure complex problems into discrete workstreams and plans.
• Lead end-to-end Transformational Partnership (TP) project management, including junior team members.
• Oversee financial baseline and TP impact analysis to inform deal structure.
• Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to drive TP delivery.
• Develop repeatable processes for sourcing, structuring, contracting, and executing international TP.
