The Transformational Partnership Manager plays an important role within MGB International. This role will be a key member of the initial team that helps structure, launch, and execute MGB's recently developed Transformational Partnership strategy - executing deep, longitudinal (10+ year) partnerships with international partners to bring the best of MGB to transform local healthcare delivery systems across care delivery, education, and research. This strategy will further radiate MGB's mission globally and deliver sustained financial results for MGB and its international partners. The TP Manager is accountable across three core pillars: (1) Transformational Partnership Execution, (2) TP Product Development and (3) Team Leadership. This role sits at the critical intersection of MGB and client teams, organizing and leading day-to-day operations to ensure the Transformational Partnership runs smoothly. International travel and direct engagement with clients in culturally nuanced, complex environments are core expectations of this role.
