Job summary

Chick-fil-A, Inc. in the United States is seeking a senior transfer pricing professional to develop and maintain the company's global TP strategy. You will advise on intercompany pricing, coordinate with Legal, Finance, and external advisors, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

You will lead technical analysis, interpret OECD guidance, and help influence strategic growth while balancing risk and tax efficiency for a complex international footprint.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of US and international transfer pricing principles.
• Strong understanding of OECD guidelines and arm’s-length standards.
• Ability to translate complex tax concepts into practical recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience leading highly complex transfer pricing matters with minimal oversight.
• Proactive ability to identify risks and develop sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Chick-fil-A's global transfer pricing strategy, proactively adapting intercompany pricing models in response to business expansion and evolving regulations.
• Evaluate arm's-length nature of intercompany transactions across jurisdictions with defensible positions.
• Lead technical analysis and decision-making for transfer pricing matters, interpreting OECD guidance and country rules.
• Partner with Legal to structure and review intercompany agreements ensuring alignment with policy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and business stakeholders to evaluate intercompany transactions and reporting.
• Drive risk identification and audit readiness with robust documentation.
• Advise senior leadership on transfer pricing implications of business decisions.
• Manage external advisors and benchmarking studies to align with company risk tolerance.
