Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a senior professional to develop and oversee its global transfer pricing strategy and intercompany pricing policies. You will lead technical analyses, ensure alignment with OECD guidance, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and business units to drive compliant, defensible positions across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of US and international transfer pricing principles.
• Strong understanding of OECD guidelines and multi-jurisdiction analysis.
• Experience structuring intercompany agreements.

• Ability to brief senior leaders with practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Chick-fil-A’s global transfer pricing strategy.
• Evaluate arm’s-length nature of intercompany transactions.
• Lead technical analysis for transfer pricing matters and interpret OECD guidance.
• Partner with Legal to structure and review intercompany agreements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent reporting across jurisdictions.
• Drive proactive risk identification and audit readiness for TP matters.
• Advise senior leadership on transfer pricing implications of business decisions.
• Manage external advisors and benchmarking studies.
