Ladders is seeking a Director of Global Transfer Pricing to own and govern the worldwide TP framework, ensuring alignment with business operations and value creation. You will partner with finance, tax, legal, and business leaders to support cross-border transactions, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.

The role leads TP documentation, controversy management, and digital transformation efforts to strengthen compliance, consistency, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of transfer pricing experience in multinational corporations or Big Four advisory firms.
• Deep expertise in OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS initiatives.
• Significant experience with intellectual property and various transaction types.
• Proven experience negotiating APAs and managing MAP proceedings.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Transfer Pricing to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will own the global transfer pricing framework and governance standards across a multinational organization, ensuring policies are aligned with business operations and value creation. The position will partner closely with finance, tax, legal, and business leaders to support cross-border transactions, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. It will also lead documentation, controversy management, and digital transformation efforts that strengthen compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $174,400 – $234,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global transfer pricing framework and governance standards
• Ensure transfer pricing outcomes align with business operations and value creation
• Oversee implementation of global transfer pricing policies across jurisdictions
