Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Global Transaction Management Director to lead a high-visibility team supporting a global occupier client. You will own the health of the account’s transaction function across regions, shape how the team operates, and advise CBRE and client executives.

This hybrid role can be based in San Francisco or Chicago, requires leading multi-regional teams, and focuses on flawless execution, team development, and evolving operating models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–12 years in transaction or account management.
• Active Real Estate Salesperson license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience leading transaction teams across multiple regions (Americas/EMEA/APAC).

Responsibilities

• Lead the transaction management function across regions and time zones.
• Build and develop a high-performing team and staffing strategy.
• Oversee commercial health, forecasting, and margin performance.
• Drive modernization of operating model, playbooks, and reporting.
