As a CBRE Transaction Management Director, you will lead a dedicated transaction management team supporting a complex, global occupier client. This is a high-visibility leadership position on a strategically important global account — a leadership role, not simply a delivery role. You will own the health of the account’s transaction function across multiple regions, shape how the team operates, and serve as a trusted advisor to both client executives and CBRE leadership. You will balance three mandates simultaneously: delivering flawless transaction execution, building and developing a high-performing team, and helping design the future-state operating model as the account scales and evolves. In doing so, you will help define how CBRE delivers for one of its most complex clients, build a team that scales with the relationship, and position yourself for broader account and platform leadership. This hybrid position will be based in San Francisco or Chicago.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
