Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics invites a Business Training Specialist to join our Americas team in Fontana, CA (also City of Industry, CA and Perth Amboy, NJ). You will design and enhance our training system, align programs with business goals, and coordinate cross‑functional training initiatives.

You’ll partner with HR, operations, and regional leaders to deliver new‑hire training, skills development, and specialized programs; measure outcomes and continuously improve content, processes, and instructor

Responsibilities

Establish and improve the training and capability enhancement system for the Americas region.
Establish training management mechanisms, annual/monthly training plans, and related standard processes to promote standardized implementation of training.
Plan and drive implementation of training projects including new employee training, business skill training, and specialized capability improvement.
Coordinate needs surveys, solution design, course scheduling, instructor coordination, and training implementation.
Establish and track training effectiveness through satisfaction, exams, business performance, and feedback.
Conduct regular project reviews to optimize training content and methods and translate results into business capabilities.
Develop the training course system and internal instructor resources for the Americas region.
Convert business knowledge and SOPs into courses, cases, question banks, and materials.
Establish and maintain an internal instructor mechanism and training resource library.
Manage and update training materials, course records, and employee training files; archive data for traceability.
