Job summary

AWS Training & Certification is seeking a Training Operations Specialist to orchestrate day-to-day operations for regions/verticals within AMER. The role demands self-direction, quick turnaround, and strong coordination across Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure smooth, on‑time training delivery and accurate billing.

Responsibilities include managing trainer resources, LMS setup, contract and billing processes, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience working in a sales or sales support role.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a team coordination position.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment.
• Experience in following legal and finance processes related to vendor engagements, such as contract and Non-Disclosure Agreement issuance and signature, PO management, invoicing and billing.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the end‑to‑end operations of training deliveries across AMER, including contracting, trainer resourcing, LMS setup, and billing.
• Process digital team subscriptions to provisioning and access to AWS Skill Builder.
• Evaluate training requests and assign trainers to match customer needs while maximizing utilization.
• Support trainer shuffles and class rescheduling to ensure delivery continuity; manage trainer time blocks in LMS.
• Monitor hotline channels and provide actionable recommendations to Trainers/Training Delivery Managers for last‑minute changes.
• Maintain data accuracy across LMS, Salesforce, and other tools for reliable billing metrics and global decision making.
