Job summary

EF invites exceptional recent graduates and postgraduates to join the 360 Global Trainee Program in North America. This 18-month, rotational, full-time program fast-tracks careers with real responsibility and exposure to EF's senior leaders.

You will work closely with a senior EF leader, tackling varied tasks in a supportive environment, with a focus on AI applications in business, customer experience, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's and/or 1–2 years of related experience is ok.
• Fluent in English; multilingual ability is a plus.
• International work and/or study experience.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own impactful projects from day one.
• Start in North American HQ (Boston) and rotate through 1–2 other offices.
• Gain front-line experience across EF's core functions—sales, business development, customer experience, and market development.
• Participate in Global Trainee Summits for growth, networking, and collaboration with peers and EF executives.
• Build deep insight into EF, its products, people, culture, and global mission.
