Job summary

EF Education First is seeking exceptional recent graduates for the 360 Global Trainee Program in North America, starting in Boston with rotations to 1-2 other offices. You will tackle meaningful projects, engage with EF leaders, and gain exposure to sales, customer experience, and market development, while exploring AI's value in business.

You should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and international exposure, with work authorization in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's and/or 1-2 years relevant work experience optional.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
• International work/study experience preferred.
• US work authorization without sponsorship required.
• Curiosity about AI and its business applications welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Own impactful projects from day one and drive measurable outcomes.
• Start in Boston and rotate through 1-2 other offices.
• Gain front-line experience across EF's core functions: sales, business development, customer experience, and market development.
• Participate in Global Trainee Summits for growth, networking and collaboration.
• Develop deep insight into EF as a global education leader and its mission.
