Job summary

EF Education First’s Global Trainee Program | Finance offers an 18- to 24-month rotational path, primarily based in EF’s North American Headquarters in Cambridge, MA, with one rotation abroad and a potential fourth. • University degree in finance, accounting or other relevant major.
• 0-2 years of full-time work experience or Master’s degree equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership early on and handle increasingly hands-on tasks.
• Work across multiple finance areas including analysis, pricing, cost control, and accounting.
• Engage with EF executive staff and participate in international summits.
• Gain exposure to EF’s organizational units and leadership development opportunities.
