You will work closely with a mentor, tackle varied tasks, and explore how AI can drive customer experiences and business innovation while you rotate through sales, business development, and customer experience roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1–2 years of relevant work experience beneficial.
• Fluent in English; international work or study experience encouraged.
• Work authorization in the US without sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Own impactful projects from day one.
• Start in North American HQ (Boston) and rotate through 1–2 other offices.
• Gain front‑line experience across EF’s core business functions while engaging directly with customers.
• Participate in Global Trainee Summits for professional growth and collaboration with EF executives.
• Build deep insight into EF, its products, culture, and global mission.
