Qualifications

• Be graduating in 2026/2027 or have graduated within the last three years.
• Strong academic performance in any discipline; related degrees are acceptable.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or SQL and working knowledge of development tools and processes (version control, CI/CD).
• Demonstrate attention to detail, analytical and numerical skills, and leadership potential.
• Interest in physical commodities and financial markets; ability to work in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental market analysis for a commodity, using proprietary and third‑party data to develop actionable insights.
• Develop analytical market views to support trading decisions, research, and monitoring of market events.
• Work with the Trading Data, Analytics and AI team to build data pipelines, apply AI techniques, and learn agile software practices.
• Participate in multiple trading role rotations to gain experience in operations, risk, and analytics through the Trader Development Program.
