Ideal candidates are graduating in 2026/2027 or recently, with strong academics in STEM, economics, or related fields, and programming proficiency in Python/C#/SQL.

Qualifications

• Be graduating in 2026/2027 or have graduated within the last three years.
• Degrees in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, physics, data science, supply chain, and engineering are all relevant.
• For Trading Data, Analytics, and AI candidates, be proficient in a programming language such as Python, C#, or SQL and have working knowledge of developer processes and tools such as version control and CI/CD.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Show an interest in physical commodities and financial markets.
• Be able to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in an international team environment.
• Demonstrate leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple trading role rotations to gain crucial experience in operations, risk, and analytics.
• Develop analytical market views and support trading decisions.
• Contribute to data analytics and AI initiatives within the Trading Fusion team.
• Learn agile software development practices and work with modern data pipelines and tools.
