Winston Taylor in Los Angeles is seeking a Trademark Paralegal to support a fast-paced trademark practice. You will assist with pre-screening searches, U.S. applications, statements of use, extensions, affidavits, and renewals while helping manage global portfolios.

The role requires 5+ years in trademark prosecution, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate with foreign counsel. Commutable to the office and flexible with overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Trademark prosecution paralegal.
• ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Must live within a commutable distance to a firm office and come to the office 3-4 days a week.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing trademark portfolios and docket information.
• Prepare and file trademark applications, renewals, and related documents.
• Initiate foreign filings and coordinate with foreign agents.
• Prepare status charts and communicate with clients on applications.
• Conduct online trademark searches and related investigations.
• Support attorneys with due diligence and transactional matters.
