Job description
- Correspond with U.S. and international outside counsel, and prepare and/or file documents and supporting materials, relating to prosecution and maintenance of U.S. and international trademark portfolio.
- Assist with preparing documents for all aspects of proceedings, including evidence of use, supporting affidavits
- Review and docket worldwide watch service notices
- Research third party marks
- Assist, as needed, in special projects
