Winston Taylor, a transatlantic law firm, is seeking a Trademark Paralegal to manage global portfolios, assist in U.S. and foreign filings, and support trademark prosecution and maintenance for clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in trademark prosecution, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Corsearch, SAEGIS, and FoundationIP. Must live within a commutable distance to a firm office and travel as needed, with 3–4 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a trademark prosecution paralegal.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work with international clients and travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage trademark portfolios and docket information.
• Prepare, file, prosecute, and maintain trademark applications and renewals.
• Coordinate foreign filings and communicate with foreign agents.
• Prepare status reports and inform clients on new/ pending applications.
• Conduct online trademark searches and assist with due diligence.
