This role partners with counsel and business stakeholders to protect a leading beauty trademark portfolio, handling clearance, prosecution, renewals, and enforcement across jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of trademark experience, a paralegal certificate or college degree, and proficiency with IPfolio, Saegis, Salesforce, Legal Tracker,

Qualifications

7+ years in trademark experience including clearance, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement.
College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
Proficiency with Saegis or similar search databases and TM management systems (IPfolio preferred), Salesforce, and Legal Tracker.

Responsibilities

Conduct domestic and international trademark clearance searches and draft opinions.
Review full trademark search reports and assist in global filing strategies.
Coordinate filings, prosecution, renewals, and enforcement activities worldwide.
Monitor deadlines and prepare portfolio reports for stakeholders.
Provide guidance on trademark processes, timelines, and budget considerations.
Collaborate with attorneys, marketing teams, and outside counsel on disputes.
