RTX is seeking a senior leader to manage technology across Pratt & Whitney U.S. Operations and Quality networks, coordinating with global teams to ensure ITAR/EAR compliance and policy adherence. The role includes evaluating regulatory impact, guiding classification, and delivering training to partners.

Responsibilities include developing CTM tools, conducting audits, and leading JCL2 training. This U.S.-based position requires strong communication and strategic oversight across multiple sites

Formación

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with 7–10+ years of global trade experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. ITAR and EAR regulations.
• U.S. citizenship due to government contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology-management activities across the PW U.S. Operations and Quality networks.
• Execute all DDTC/RTX/PW Consent Agreement technology-management deliverables.
• Support interpretation and implementation of RTX policy on technology-management requirements.
• Serve as technical principal for assessing business impact of new regulations.
• Provide technology-management training to business partners and ensure proper classification.
• Develop and maintain technology-management decision trees, tools, and guides.
• Support and execute technology-management audits.
• Lead Jurisdiction Classification Level 2 (JCL2) training.
• Review technical scope of export authorizations with the Operations and Quality Authorizations Team.
• Review CLARA requests from a Global Trade perspective.
• Perform capacity analyses to identify supportability risk and drive remediation actions.
