Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Trade Technology Manager, to lead technology management across Pratt & Whitney U.S. Operations and Quality networks, including sites in Israel. This remote role requires deep ITAR/EAR knowledge and a strong track record in global trade governance.

You will collaborate with GTPS and CTM, drive compliance with consent agreements, and train teams on technology-management processes to ensure regulatory alignment and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of global trade experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years of global trade experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. ITAR and EAR regulations.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access under government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-management activities across Pratt & Whitney U.S. Operations and Quality networks.
• Execute DDTC/RTX/PW Consent Agreement related tech deliverables.
• Interpret and implement RTX policy initiatives on tech-management requirements.
• Assess business impact of new and emerging regulations as a technical principal.
• Provide tech-management training and maintain CTM standard work.
