RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Trade Technology Manager to lead technology management across the Pratt & Whitney U.S. Operations and Quality networks.

This remote-friendly role requires coordinating with GTPS and CTM, managing DDTC/RTX/PW consent agreement deliverables, and interpreting RTX policy initiatives. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or advanced degree with extensive global trade experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of global trade experience, including strong knowledge of U.S. ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Advanced degree with 7+ years of global trade experience, including strong knowledge of U.S. ITAR and EAR regulations.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology management activities across the Pratt & Whitney U.S. Operations and Quality networks.
• Execute all assigned DDTC/RTX/PW Consent Agreement related technology management deliverables.
• Support interpretation, review, and implementation of RTX policy initiatives involving technology-management requirements and analysis.
• Serve as a technical principal for assessing the business impact of new and emerging regulations.
• Provide technology management training and ensure jurisdiction and classification of items per CTM standards.
• Develop and maintain technology management decision trees, tools, and guides across the network.
• Support and conduct technology management audits.
• Lead Jurisdiction Classification Level 2 training.
• Review technical scope of export authorizations for the Operations and Quality Authorizations Team.
• Review CLARA requests from a Global Trade perspective.
• Perform capacity analyses to identify risk and drive remediation actions.
