Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX business, seeks a Senior Manager, Global Trade Technology Manager for remote work. You will lead technology management across U.S. Operations and Quality networks and collaborate with GTPS and CTM to govern ITAR/EAR compliance, policy interpretation, and risk assessment.

Travel up to 20% is noted. The role requires advanced global trade expertise, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to manage complex regulatory programs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of global trade experience, including strong knowledge of U.S. ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Advanced degree with 7+ years of global trade experience, including strong knowledge of U.S. ITAR and EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology management activities across Pratt & Whitney U.S. Operations and Quality networks.
• Execute DDTC/RTX/PW Consent Agreement related technology management deliverables.
• Support interpretation and implementation of RTX policy initiatives involving technology-management requirements.
• Serve as a technical principal for assessing business impact of new regulations.
• Provide training to business partners on jurisdiction and classification of items.
