Husky Technologies is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide compliance initiatives across Americas, EMEA and APAC. You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering and IT to embed export controls, sanctions and customs into business processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in global trade compliance, covering export controls, customs, sanctions, and trade agreements.
• Strong understanding of U.S., EU, and Canadian export control and sanctions laws; UK/Swiss/Chinese knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale trade compliance or ERP integration projects within a multinational organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related discipline; PMP or other project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of global trade compliance initiatives and ERP integrations.
• Oversee implementation of trade compliance modules within ERP ensuring alignment with global regulations.
• Establish governance, milestones, KPIs, and reporting for programs.
• Coordinate global stakeholders for timely delivery and consistent deployment of compliance practices.
• Stay current on international trade laws, translate requirements into actionable processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Legal to establish export controls globally.
• Standardize global product classification processes and licensing workflows.
• Conduct global risk assessments and drive continuous improvement in compliance monitoring.
