Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience owning or redesigning a process end to end.
• Experience automating or streamlining manual work with concrete examples.
• Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume document preparation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage many shipments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue export documentation quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate end-to-end international shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Secure export health certificates and permits through USDA/APHIS and other agencies.
• Document per-customer requirements and tighten processes as volume grows toward automation.
• Use AI tools daily to draft documents and automate repetitive steps; maintain templates and checklists.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for international customers; manage orders from entry to delivery.
• Research destination-market documentation and stay current on regulatory requirements and changes.
• Maintain accurate trade master data to support execution and reporting.
• Drive improvements to reduce manual touches and discrepancies.
