This organization operates in a highly regulated, international environment and is committed to delivering efficient, compliant, and scalable supply chain solutions across global markets. This role will play a key part in supporting export operations, trade compliance, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for supporting global trade operations with a focus on export processes, compliance, and system accuracy. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information across international markets while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Maintain and monitor transactions within SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)
• Support export self-filing processes and ensure accurate transactional recordkeeping
• Manage the flow of information between internal systems and external partners (e.g., freight forwarders, ERP systems, U.S. Census reporting)
• Coordinate with trade compliance, transportation, and other export-related stakeholders
• Partner with internal teams to provide guidance on export and global trade requirements
• Assist with additional trade operations and transportation-related responsibilities as needed
