Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; combination of education/experience considered.
• Minimum two years in transportation, international business, or related field; dairy exports preferred.
• Bilingual based on country requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate international shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading).
• Ensure documents comply with trade regulations, Incoterms, and company policies.
• Verify HS codes, quantities, values, and country of origin for accuracy.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain organized records for audits and compliance; support customs clearance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, finance, and trade compliance teams.
