Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Empowered Official to lead the Global Trade team in the NGDS organization. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, license management, and process improvements across ITAR/EAR regimes.

The position requires strong leadership, deep understanding of export controls, and the ability to collaborate with Law, Contracts, and Global Supply Chain teams to ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of international trade compliance experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• 8+ years of international trade compliance with a Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of international trade compliance with a Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Global Trade professionals.
• Serve as Empowered Official for ITAR/EAR compliance and licensing.
• Prepare export authorization packages when required.
• Drive accountability via metrics and programs.
• Advise on U.S. export regulations and implementation.
