Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Trade Compliance & Logistics Manager to drive export/import compliance and global logistics strategy. You will collaborate across internal teams and with external partners to optimize supply chain execution in a high‑velocity tech environment.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, automation expertise, and team mentorship to improve processes and ensure compliance across global operations.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills with an action‑oriented mindset.
• Audits manual workflows, eliminates bottlenecks, and documents SOPs.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Legal, Sales Ops, Order Ops, Facilities and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead non‑technical operations for fulfillment and repair programs and stabilize manufacturer integrations.
• Oversee SLAs for distribution center and 3PL ops, ensure smooth exports/imports and final delivery.
• Redesign RMA processes, define cross‑dept R&R, and enforce quality controls.
