RTX Internal Audit is seeking a seasoned ITAR/EAR Compliance Analyst to join the Corporate Internal Audit Team. The role focuses on evaluating export control compliance across global processes, assessing internal controls, and delivering audit recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities include risk-based audits, process mapping, and data analytics with up to 30% travel to RTX sites. A university degree with 8+ years of audit experience and ITAR/EAR expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree in finance or accounting plus eight years of audit experience.
• Advanced degree and five years of related experience preferred.
• Minimum three years ITAR/EAR experience.

Responsabilités

• Participate in risk-based audits on assigned engagements.
• Manage projects and coach staff on engagement activities.
• Assess risk of key business processes and develop audit plans.
• Prepare clear audit reports and present conclusions to senior management.
• Analyze data and apply analytics to identify anomalies.
• Travel to RTX site locations up to 30%.
