Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. and global trade compliance activities across export, import, and customs.
• Advise on export controls for sensitive goods and controlled technology.
• Counsel on sanctions regimes (U.S., EU, UK, UN) and licensing.
• Oversee anti-corruption compliance (FCPA, UK Bribery Act) in supply chain.
• Translate geopolitical developments into actionable guidance for business teams.
• Collaborate on due diligence for equity investments and M&A for trade exposure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for regulatory changes and enforcement trends.
• Prepare and advise on trade compliance policies and training for employees.
• Conduct trade risk assessments and audits; drive remediation.
• Select and supervise outside counsel on trade-related matters.
