Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission.
• 3–5 years of legal experience in sanctions/export controls and compliance.
• Experience advising multinational tech companies on non-US trade laws.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable guidance.
• Excellent communication and independent work abilities.
• Willingness to collaborate with a global team and flexible hours.
• Experience using technology to enhance legal practice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise Adobe product teams on global trade regulations including sanctions and export controls.
• Provide day-to-day trade and anticorruption guidance and track regulatory trends.
• Advise on controls for restricted party screening and automation.
• Draft and negotiate terms in complex commercial agreements.
• Maintain relationships across the business to address compliance risks.
• Support due diligence and integration in mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide training on trade compliance to cross-functional teams.
• Handle regulatory inquiries and filings with U.S. and other agencies.
• Advise on other compliance matters as needed.
